Anjappar Chettinad Restaurant

two days ago was our first time we went to this good restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last time. We had great time with the generous service, with the high quality cooking and wine and with the modest price. We will definitely come back again.

At the first moment you come to that restaurant the waiters give you a nice feeling. Very friendly stuff, it is a kind restaurant to enjoy with friends or with your date. delicious cooking, talented chef de cuisine, good pay and nice service. Highly recommended.

My Indian colleague and I have been on a food adventure near our office. We came across this buffet restaurant which has another location in Brampton. The boss said that they are one of the first few Indian restaurants in Toronto. I'd say they don't have times of items for you to choose but most of them are really good. I strong recommend the five varieties does. They are just too delicious.

Frequently visit this place .... great staff and service. We go for mutton biryani , Thalis and dosas ..they do a Brunch buffet on weekends too.Spice / heat level is on the higher side order based on your tolerance.

Best South Indian restaurant in Toronto and Scarborough put together .. specifically the only good tamil restaurant. Service is not to the mark on busy days. But it’s not bad that you would be starving either. But the food is absolutely delicious!

One of the best South Indian cuisine in town (Scarborough area). Lots of varity. Food is tasty and spicy. Non-Veg preparations are exceptionally good. Very clean restaurant. Seating arrangement is slightly tight and cramped. Service is good and fast. Has a Party Hall also.

Incredible service !Absolutely delicious food ! Their pineapple kessari is to die for . Beautiful , aromatic, pleasurable dining experience. So authentic to the south Indian culture . Love love love this place . We've been going here on a regular basis since opening and are never disappointed. Thank you for making tonight so pleasant .

Typically chettinad-read as spicy and very South Indian! Good quality, prompt service. Very crowded and popular on a Sunday

Really enjoyed it. I needed help determining which dishes were hot. The yogurt dishes helped put out the fire. Very tasty and inexpensive.

Limited items in the menu but totally Authentic Tamil Nadu taste for all the dishes. Good service and normal ambience. A must try place.

Exotic south indian food..people craving and missing some authentic tamil flavors do visit here...it's in Scarborough and the restuarant has good seating space,ambience is good with light and spacious tables.There is ample parking space and it's free..the music played was good tamil numbers and staff are courteous.Now over to the food we started with the koli rasam(chicken soup)it's good thin soup and must try.The biryani quantity is difficult to complete for one.The food is spicy and hot and it's pricey.I have added few pics of items in menu.Hope everyone gets to enjoy this place as much I did.

Went for the lunch buffet, alot of options to choose from. Food was fresh and delicious. They bring fresh dosas to your table which is included in the buffet price. You just have to request it. The servers, manager and waiters are very polite and friendly. Restaurant is big and is perfect for families. Booths and tables are both available. Saw couple of reservations. Many dessert options as well. Will definitely go again.

The parottas are the best I have had in my life. Super good. You should all try it. If you are a veggie try it with mushroom masala if not with mutton pepper fry. Best! Their dosas are good but side nah. Cauliflower 65 is good too. Paneer 65 NO. Crab soup is good to have if u have cold.

Quite decent place..They have lots of variety, buffet menu is very good. I would definitely recommend Rasmalai in sweet and mutton soup ( if you are non vegetarian). Something can be improved in the restaurant is there management. When it's busy it is kind of mess over there. But over-all it's worth trying..!
